London Fashion Week AW15

So another fashion week has passed and we got to see some amazing talent flaunted on the catwalk, both models and designs. So to celebrate yet another very successful fashion week in London here are a few snaps of my favourite shows and trends...

Burberry

Undoubtedly my favourite show of the week! With a range of beautiful autumnal colours and the distinct use of tassels and suede, what's not to love?

House of Holland

Not only did they showcase their usual fun, bright and out-there style pieces, but they choose to do it in a unique way using a Travelator!

Anya Hindmarch

Anya Hindmarch is always able to take something simple such as cereal and turn it into a fashion trend, and this time the theme its traffic! She showcased her handbags alongside a debut collection of clothing.

So those were my top 3 pics of February's London Fashion Week!

K's Christmas Bundle

Hey Guys! We're so sorry that we haven't posted in a while, but i've been completely overloaded with university work and S has been busy getting promoted!! So here's a short but sweet post to keep you up-to-date on a few of my favourite Christmas presents...

So my presents started a little before Christmas day when my parents decided to surprise me with Ice Skating tickets to the Somerset House Skate Rink ! It was amazing, and as it was sponsored by Fortnum & Mason the nibbles and hot chocolate were amazing!

Here's one I got in my santa sack: Benefit's How to Look Good at Everything! It's great and allows you to achieve that flawless complexion everyone's dying for. It includes Pore Professional, Hello Flawles, Boi-ing and 'I Love Me' Ivory

Here are another two for the makeup bag! Benefit's Stay Flawless Primer (and when it says 15-hour is means it!) and my much awaited concealer brush from Mac

As many of you may remember I worked for House of Holland over the Summer and here are some of their adorable Christmas nails which I styled out for the festive period.

Last but not least is my Olivia Burton watch. I've been looking at these for a few months now and was ecstatic when I opened up the box to find i'd been gifted my favourite model!

Hope you guys liked my Christmas Bundle! I'll be sure to not leave it quite so long before writing a new post.

London Fashion Week 2014

So as you know, over the summer I spent 3 months working as a web intern for House of Holland, and my god what an experience it was! This was my first time interning in the world of fashion and unless you've done it yourself, you definitely have no idea what is in store for you. Blood, sweat and tears is a saying that comes to mind. All the hard worked paid off in the end! I was lucky enough to be able to watch the SS15 show at London Fashion week!
Here are a few of the pics that I managed to take ...

I learnt loads and had a blast along the way, making friendships with people i'm certain I will stay in touch with for years to come.

And yes, when I left I got a few goodies from the stock room .. take a look -

My First Day In the World of Fashion

This week I started my a new internship in the world of fashion. It was a exciting and scary concept, and obviously my first thought was the horrifying 'WHAT DO I WEAR?!?!?!'. I've previously worked as a sales assistant for Miss Selfridge which involved dressing mannequins, working on a till and standing on a dressing room for hour upon end. This was a giant leap into the unknown, working alongside the Web Coordinator for House of Holland. After hours of deliberation I decided upon a simple yet smart and casual outfit for my first day in the office. My outfit comprised of a baby blue shirt, black cropped trousers, black suede brogues, a pale pink bunting necklace and Alex&Ani bangle bracelets.

Let you know how my week in the big scary world pans out!
