Easter Monday was a great gal pal day out! I and a friend decided that we needed some well-deserved girl time and took ourselves for tea and cake at the Peggy Porschen Bakery. with so much to choose from, we ended up trying out two delicious cupcakes and two different pots of their finest flavoured teas.
The whole aesthetic of the bakery is boutique and intricate, the inside and outside is pretty in pink, and who can deny it's a great backdrop for an insta-worthy photo!
The cupcakes were honestly some of the best I've ever tried. We shared their strawberry champagne and the salted caramel, both of which had an exploding delicious gooey center! We also tried out their summer berries, and earl grey and orange teas, which were refreshing and light, complimenting our flavorsome and heavy cake choice.
